Dynamic, reliable and knowledgeable, this team works with some of the best resources to deliver the personalised experiences our customers love whilst ensuring our Tech is always performing at the highest level.
Product
Problem solvers and endlessly creative, this team is all about our customers and the products they use. Operating across every part of Ice Travel Group, they devise best-in-class products that drive us forward.
Data
From analytical insights to data-driven product innovation, this team is passionate about making data an asset.
Commercial
Connecting us with commercial partners, the Commercial team has regular contact with all the major UK travel partners and aims to find the best deals for our customers so they can find that perfect holiday!
Finance
A valued business support function that provides a full picture of company performance, our Finance team ensures stakeholder needs are fulfilled while remaining compliant and flexible. Their insight and challenge helps drive informed decisions for the benefit of our business and customers.

I love working at Ice Travel Group! One of the really unique things about life here is that we have the knowledge, expertise and reputation of a long-standing company but with the entrepreneurship and innovation of a start-up. People here are never afraid to speak up or put their own ideas forward… if you’ve got a good idea, a request for your own career development or even just a better way of doing something then chances are it’ll happen.
We also have a lot of fun; we’re split over 3 offices around the country but when we get together it feels just one big team – our quarterly ‘All Hands’ events are absolutely hilarious! It’s always been really important to me that the company I work for values personal development, team spirit and fun just as much as it’s commercial objectives and I’m really happy to have found that here!

Charity work
At Ice Travel Group, we understand the value of going on holiday and spending time away from our daily lives, particularly for families. Even a short break allows for time to revitalise, connect with loved ones, discover new things and have fun whilst making some happy memories along the way.
We know this isn’t always possible for some families, which is why we are delighted to be supporting the Family Holiday Charity and the amazing work they do helping families get away together, often for the first time. They work with children and teenagers who’ve never seen the sea. Parents who have to choose between a day out and a pair of school shoes. Young carers and families who are facing illness, isolation, or bereavement. These holidays open up new possibilities. Time spent together helps build relationships, confidence, hope for the future and memories that last a lifetime.
So, whether it’s running a half marathon, supporting our raffles, baking cakes to sell or a long-distance cycle, there’s something for everyone to get involved with.
In addition, we recognise and encourage participation in community and charitable programs by offering all colleagues paid time off to participate in such activities each year.
